Focaccia is the beloved Italian flatbread known for its pillowy texture. Chef Olivia will demonstrate the diverse flavours of Italy with her Focaccia Across the Regions class. Starting with a sweet Honey Brie and Red Pesto Focaccia to a savoury Focaccia Alla Fiorentina packed with cured meats and cheese. Last but not least, a traditional Genovese Focaccia with creamy golden potatoes, mozzarella, and pesto. Discover the flavours of these regional specialties.
