Shun Classic Knives feature gorgeous Damascus clad blades crafted from 68 layers of stainless steel around a proprietary VG-MAX cutting core, offering maximum cutting performance, strength, corrosion resistance, and of course a 16° edge. 

These handcrafted knives are designed with a full composite tang so each Classic remains lightweight, yet perfectly balanced. Finished off with a D-shaped Blonde Pakkawood handle, the Shun Classics are comfortable and offer a secure, traditional Japanese grip.
