CANADA POST

Should Canada Post decide to strike, we will opt to deliver your order via courier which in many cases means it will arrive earlier than expected.  However, please note that couriers are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. If it is possible to have your order shipped to a different address that can accept courier packages, please enter the alternate shipping address at the time of your order. 

Orders that qualify for free shipping - no further action is required. 

Orders that do not qualify for free shipping, please select an alternate shipping method that is the most economical and we will do the rest.

At Pepper Tree Spice Co., we're always striving to provide the most affordable shipping rates and pass those savings directly on to you. With rising shipping costs, we've made some updates to our shipping policies, but we're still committed to delivering excellent service at great rates.

Here's what you need to know: We offer free shipping on orders over $100 to six provinces across Canada. For orders under $100 or those going to more distant locations, we have a flat fee shipping option.

In Canada, we use either Courier or Canada Post for deliveries, and for the U.S., we ship via UPS. We process and ship orders as quickly as possible, usually within 1-4 business days, and you'll get an email with tracking details as soon as your package is on its way.

Please keep in mind that once your package leaves our facility, we can't control any delays or damage that might occur during delivery. For information on handling damage in transit, please check out our Return Policy.
