Jason began his Culinary Career at the age of 18 and achieved his Red Seal designation after working his way up through the ranks of iconic kitchens and country clubs such as the London Hunt Club, Rundles in Stratford and Chauncy Smith's  including high-end Golf resorts and large volume Hotel facilities where he compiled a mountain of Culinary experience.
Today Jason is our resident Chef and a Culinary Professor at the School of Tourism and Hospitality at Fanshawe College. Chef Miller is thrilled to share his passion for teaching culinary techniques and Plant-based cooking, as well as Ethnic and Global cuisines through sustainability and local sourcing with all of you at the Pepper Tree Supper Club!
