CHEF OLIVIA HEALEY
Please join us in welcoming Chef Olivia Healey to our Pepper Tree Spice team as our resident Chef and Culinary Coordinator. Olivia studied at Fanshawe obtaining her Culinary Arts designation and brings over 12 years of experience creating great menus and coordinating large institutional culinary programs.
Returning to her passion and culinary roots, Olivia will be leading some exciting culinary initiatives and is excited to share her knowledge and enthusiasm as the resident chef and culinary coordinator for Pepper Tree Spice Co.
CHEF RONNIE MASON
Recently having arrived from Brazil, Chef Ronnie Mason brings a world of culinary experience including a Culinary Arts degree at Le Cordon Bleu, a former Culinary School owner and in his most current role as Culinary Arts professor at Fanshawe College. Ronnie is passionate about teaching and sharing his heritage and flair for global flavours. Having been awarded the title “Best Culinary Arts Teacher" five times in a row at Sao Camilo University in Brazil, we are excited to welcome Chef Ronnie to the Pepper Tree Supper Club this summer!

 

CHEF CHRIS PODGORNIK                                                                             

Chef Chris Podgornik was born and raised in London Ontario and has lived/worked professionally in 3 different countries on 2 continents. At just 16, Christ started working in Hotel Restaurant Industry and obtained his  Canadian Red seal qualification in 1989, as well as Australian Chef papers in 1991 and American Chef papers in 2000. With 37 years experience, Chef is classically trained in French Cuisine, fine dining as well as high end production facilities and can't wait to experience his flair for Southern cuisine in our Supper Club studio!

Formerly an Executive Chef at Furman University in Greenville South Carolina, and at James Madison University in Harrisonburg Virginia and is an experienced  competitor and  coach  in various culinary art salons. Chef Podgornik previously owned a successful small Restaurant in Strathroy and although is currently semi retired, he is still actively working at the RBC Place London (Convention Centre) where he worked on the opening team in 1993-1996, and again from 2016-present as Executive Sous Chef. 

CHEF JASJIT KAUR
Chef Jasjit Kaur is a radio host, columnist, Rogers TV Planet Organics Cooking Show Host, and Culinary Instructor with appearances on City TV’s Breakfast television and Toronto’s Asian Television.  We couldn't be more excited to welcome Chef Jasjit to the Pepper Tree Supper Club where she will treat you to her authentic “Tour of India” exclusive classes sharing her families history, culture and cuisine from North India.
ANNE MARIE GAROFALO
After a rewarding 27 year career as an Educational Support Professional working with special needs children, Anne Marie's life-long love of pastry lead her to the Cordon Bleu Cooking School in Ottawa where she received her certification in Passport to Pastry. Over the years, her talent for confection and culinary cuisine were put to good use in a variety of restaurants as well as teaching her craft at President's Choice cooking schools across Southwestern Ontario.
Anne Marie is an advocate for professional development and has been instructed by world renown chefs such as Pastry Chef, Anna Olsen; Food & Lifestyle Authority, Trish Magwood and Internationally acclaimed Chef & Author, Jamie Oliver. 
Anne Marie enjoys experimenting and creating new pastry techniques and is excited to share her passion for baking with you as you embark on a learning journey with all things "Sugar".
