Using fresh local ingredients such as Heirloom Tomatoes, Grilled Peaches, whipped Goat Cheese, Prosciutto, Arugula and Mint Pesto Vinaigrette, Burrata with Balsamic Heirloom Tomatoes with Crostini’s, and Greek Salad and Homemade Vinaigrette, this class is perfect for healthy lifestyles and salad lovers.
