Pretzel & Bagels Workshop! Sat. July 20th

Roll up your sleeves and dive into crafting Bavarian Style Pretzels and Bagels from scratch! Together, we'll talk about the differences in dough and what sets bagels and pretzels apart. You’ll create and shape your own Bagels flavouring them with a variety of our favourite Pepper Tree Spice seasoning. Next, Chef Olivia will lead you in creating a Lemony Lax Cream Cheese and a Farms Fresh Strawberry Cream Cheese using local ingredients from Howe’s Family Market. Taste the sweet success with open-faced bagel sandwich garnished with smoked salmon, pickled onion, capers, and cream cheese.
