Kitchen Herb Garden! Tues. June 11th

Join us for this exclusive workshop where we explore the world of fresh herbs and the culinary versatility of these amazing little plants. We'll discuss growing tips, uses, benefits and harvesting and preservation techniques.

You will explore ways to extend the life and uses of your kitchen herbs in very functional ways that will allow you to incorporate them daily elevating your culinary creations at home.  Chef Olivia will create a delightful and creamed sorrel and potato soup.  Together you will learn the fundamentals in creating wonderfully herbed sea salts and a variety of herb infused vinegars.

At the end of this class, you'll takeaway your choice of 2 separate potted kitchen herbs and a medley of your infused efforts.
