In this class you’ll experience the taste of the Atlantic with a classic Lobster Roll, featuring succulent lobster, garlic aioli, nestled in a brioche bun with crisp Boston lettuce. Travel west to the Pacific with a "Salt Spring Island" Lamb served with a herbed Celeriac Yukon Puree. Indulge in a delightful Blueberry Grunt dessert, showcasing the flavours of Canada's wild blueberries.
