Choux pastry is a delicate dough used in many dishes, throughout the evening Chef Olivia will showcase a trio of recipes using the delicate pastry. Learn to craft an Endive Salad with Gougères Croutons and Zesty Orange Dressing. Next, Parisienne Gnocchi bathed in Browned Butter & Thyme, concluding with the forever loved Cream Puffs filled with Pistachio and White Chocolate.
