Go abroad on a flavourful journey through Ethiopian cuisine with Chef Olivia. Discover the aromatic spices and vibrant flavours as you learn to prepare Berbere Chicken served with fragrant Basmati Rice. Delight your palate with an Acorn Squash Salad drizzled with Tahini Dill Vinaigrette. Lastly, learn the art of making traditional Injera Bread, a fermented pancake that will make the perfect accompaniment to complete your Ethiopian feast.
Each Participant will go home with a 4oz jar of Berbere Seasoning.
