Please welcome guest Chef Chris Podgornik, Executive Sous Chef at RBCPlace in London to the Pepper Tree Supper Club!

Chef Chris will be sharing an amazing evening of Southern Seafood plates as well as the history, recipes and techniques behind each dish. You'll begin your culinary experience with Carolina Style Shrimp and Grits with a balsamic and tomato reduction. Followed by Maryland Style Crab Cakes accompanied with peach salsa, lime aioli & Crispy leeks. Chef will punctuate the evening with a final Seared Black Fin Tuna with wasabi, pickled ginger and carrots served with local organic greens and rice wine vinaigrette.

With a total of 37 years of culinary experience across 2 continents, including Executive Chef, successful restaurant owner, as well as a competitor and coach in various culinary art salons.
