Mastering Macarons w/ Gen! Sat. April 27th

Genevieve is a chocolatier and owner of Seeds Confections in St Thomas where she highlights her passion, knowledge, and technique in all things Confectionery. 

In this hands-on workshop Gen will be introducing you to the basics of Macarons where you will learn to make the delicate delicious cookies. Sandwiched In the middle of the cookies Chef Gen will demonstrate her luscious American Buttercream where each individual will get a chance to pipe their own creations!
