Sour Cherry Bitters

Kinsip bitters are handcrafted at our farm-based distillery. Their bitters bring drops full of delicately balanced flavours to your home and allow you to create interesting, complex, and nuanced cocktails with ease.  Add a drop or two of bitters to compliment the flavours in any drink.

A blend of Ontario sweet and sour cherries creates this delicate balance of bitter and sweet with a subtle sour note. A bar essential, cherry will compliment your manhattan or dress up a non-alcoholic drink with a drop or two. Sauces, salad dressings, and baking can all benefit from a creative use of our bitters as well.
