Chef Chris will demonstrate how to make a vibrant Mango Salsa, toast pine nuts for depth and texture, and perfectly grill Jumbo Prawns for a smoky, tender finish. You’ll learn how to prepare fragrant Cumin-Scented Basmati Rice and assemble a classic summer dessert from scratch.
The evening begins with a bright Grilled Asparagus Salad featuring strawberry vinaigrette, red onion gastrique, baby greens, chèvre, and toasted pine nuts. The main course showcases Grilled Jumbo Prawns with Mango Salsa, served alongside cumin basmati rice, julienne vegetables, and warm grilled naan.
