Join us as Chef Chris will show you how to create a silky Warm Crab Dip from scratch which you'll enjoy before he builds a deeply flavourful Boneless Chicken “Coq au Vin”, braised in rich red wine with mushrooms and onions, served in a golden puff pastry case with seasonal vegetables. For a sweet punctuation on the evening, Chef will teach you how to craft delicate Brandy Snap Candy Baskets that Chef will finish with a decadent Chocolate Grand Marnier Cheesecake Mousse nestled inside. A perfect mid-week elevated meal with zero regrets!
