Join Chef Chris for another rendition of our Sunday Brunch Club!  Enjoy a relaxing Sunday as Chef Chris demonstrates how to bake tender Strawberry & White Chocolate Scones finished with a classic sugar glaze.

You’ll learn enchilada rolling techniques for hearty Breakfast Enchiladas filled with sausage, bell peppers, eggs, and sharp cheddar, slowly baked in a rancheros-style sauce.  Chef will also show you how to assemble individual Bacon & Asparagus Frittatas, served with fresh fruit and house-made Honeyed Yogurt.  Two fantastic Brunch features that can be easily recreated at home, the cottage or campground for any Sunday indulgence.  All the best hallmarks of a prefect Sunday brunch, Sweet, Savory and Delicious!
