With Chef Chris guiding the way, you’ll assemble your own Fresh Shrimp Rolls with vermicelli and Thai sweet chili sauce — mastering rolling technique and balance of texture. Chef will demonstrate proper skewering and grilling for Indonesian-Style Chicken Satay, served with fragrant coconut rice and rich peanut sauce. 

You’ll also learn how to prepare Classic Chinese-Style Egg Foo Yung, combining shrimp, pork, vegetables, and bean sprouts in a hot-oil omelet technique for that signature golden finish.
