Join Chef Chris for an interactive summer cooking class focused on mastering essential warm-weather techniques. Learn the secrets behind perfectly seared Blackfin tuna, flavourful mustard and vinegar BBQ marinades, prepared for Shenandoah Valley–style BBQ chicken and beautifully grilled vegetables and potatoes. The class also features knife-skill instruction during the preparation of fresh summer succotash and concludes with an elegant strawberry rhubarb strudel paired with coconut crème anglaise.
