Join Chef Chris for this delicious tour of Italy as we kick off Summer at the Supper Club. Tonight, Chef will demonstrate how to slice and assemble a stunning Tomato Carpaccio, marinate fresh Bocconcini, and create Risotto Milanese from start to finish — slowly building creamy saffron-scented arborio rice enriched with butter and Parmigiano.

The evening begins with ripe tomatoes dressed in balsamic vinegar and extra virgin olive oil, paired with marinated bocconcini. The main course features tender Veal Scallopini alla Marsala, served alongside luxurious risotto and Chef’s seasonal vegetables.

To finish, enjoy silky Chocolate Panna Cotta, topped with fresh berries and mint - a house favourite!
