Celebrate the height of summer with an evening of elegant technique and vibrant seasonal flavours that surround us in Elgin.
In our Spring series finale, Chef will demonstrate how to prepare a delicate Leek, Potato & Gruyère Parcel, paired with bright Tomato Concassé and wilted spinach — showcasing proper tomato cutting and finishing techniques. You’ll watch as he grills tender Mignonettes of Pork Tenderloin, finishing them with a glossy cherry sauce and serving them alongside creamy polenta made from start to finish — smooth, rich, and beautifully plated with fresh seasonal vegetables.
To close the evening, Chef will demonstrate the art of torching a perfectly caramelized Chocolate Raspberry Crème Brûlée, revealing its silky anglaise-style custard beneath.
