She will guide you in creating her velvety smooth Gingered Butternut Squash Soup with a Spicy Pecan Cream, a savoury Roasted Pork Tenderloin with Raisin Ginger Pan Sauce and Roasted Root Vegetables, and end on a sweet note with Molasses Gingerbread Cake topped with Mascarpone Cream.
