Great grilling isn’t just for the backyard. In this flavour-forward class, Chef Chris will show you how to achieve bold, fire-kissed results using modern indoor and electric grilling techniques.

You’ll learn how to perfectly grill Portobello mushrooms and brighten them with fresh baby greens, pine nuts, and house-made Balsamic Vinaigrette. Watch along as Chef seasons and shapes Beef & Lamb Kofta Kebabs, preparing authentic Tzatziki from scratch with lemon-oregano Orzo to beautifully complement grilled vegetables.

You'll finish the evening with a stunning Grilled Pineapple Galette with a silky Rum Custard Sauce for a sweet finale.
