Join Chef Chris for a beautiful Thanksgiving-inspired evening of autumn flavours, beginning with creamy roasted squash soup finished with toasted pepitas and cool crème fraîche. The centrepiece is a show-stopping turkey Wellington with Brie and cranberry, followed by a warm apple galette with cinnamon custard — a new Thanksgiving tradition of classic fall flavours with an elegant twist.
