A silky pumpkin and lime bisque brings unexpected brightness to the season, followed by tender pork tenderloin with bacon-cider sauce, smashed potatoes, and roasted vegetables. Finish with delicate baked pear in phyllo, walnuts, and warm brandy sauce. Class held in PORT STANLEY, ON.
