Join Chef Chris for an elegant Evening in Italy celebrating timeless flavours and classic techniques. The evening begins with basic knife skills work using fresh tomato bruschetta on crisp crostini with extra virgin olive oil and shaved pecorino, as  and the art of building flavour from quality ingredients.

Chef will take you through the techniques and detailed step in creating a saffron-scented mushroom risotto from scratch. The main course features veal scallopine saltimbocca with sage and prosciutto where guests learn the rhythm and technique behind perfect risotto. The evening finishes with traditional individual tiramisu.

Classes are held in our PORT STANLEY, ON location.
