Join us for a light, coastal summer cooking experience inspired by peak seasonal ingredients and effortless outdoor dining. Chef will begin with sharing his tips in creating a classic chilled Andalusian-style gazpacho balancing, seasoning, and freshness to create a vibrant, refreshing summer soup.

Next, Chef will guide with the skills and techniques in preparing tender cedar-planked salmon.  Served with julienned summer vegetable salad and fragrant saffron rice, Chef Chris will showcase the importance of knife skills, clean cuts, and how texture, aroma, and colour elevate simple seasonal ingredients into a beautiful summer plate. You'll finish on a sweet note with fresh peach cobbler, capturing the warmth and sweetness of this summer menu that you can confidently recreate at home.
