Join us for an evening of Mexican-inspired summer flavours as Chef Chris demonstrates how to build deep, savoury flavour from the very first bite as your experience begins with bubbling queso fundido layered with spicy Mexican chorizo, served with crisp organic corn chips 

The heart of the evening is a mouthwatering enchiladas di pollo, where Chef Chris shares how to layer spices and seasonings to create a signature chicken and vegetable filling, along with a fragrant ranchero-style sauce. Guests will then learn enchilada rolling techniques and how to balance fillings and sauces, before enjoying your enchilladas served alongside aromatic arroz rojo accompanied with fresh guacamole. The evening finishes on with a sweet finale of lime kissed margarita cheesecake mousse in a crisp candy basket.
