You’ll practice professional dicing and julienne techniques before turning those skills into Fresh Salsa made from scratch and authentic Jalisco Style Guacamole. Chef Chris will guide you through making silky Queso Dip in real time, perfectly cooking Arroz Rojo with Lime, and building flavour-packed Grilled Chicken Quesadillas with Peppers & Onions. You'll finish this delicious experience with a show-stopping Lime & Tequila Crème Brûlée.
