Celebrate the promise of warmer days with a fresh, spring-inspired evening led by Chef Chris. Begin with a silky tomato and basil bisque, finished with crème fraîche and a crispy pastry straw. Then enjoy mignonettes of pork tenderloin served with a mushroom and tarragon butter sauce, paired with saffron risotto and fresh spring vegetables. The class finishes on a bright note with a rustic strawberry galette topped with whipped cream and toasted almonds.
