You’ll learn to create a soulful, satisfying menu inspired by the warmth and comfort of a true Southern Christmas morning, as Chef Chris shares stories and traditions from his southern upbringing.

Discover the secrets behind light, fluffy buttermilk biscuits served with homemade sausage gravy, and master the technique for perfectly crisp chicken and waffles—a Southern favourite with festive flair. You’ll also learn to prepare spiced sweet potato hash and finish on a sweet note with bourbon bread pudding drizzled in warm caramel sauce.

Throughout the class, Chef Chris will share his professional tips for layering flavour, seasoning and bringing that unmistakable Southern hospitality to your own holiday brunch table.
