Explore the vibrant summer flavours of Southeast Asia through fresh herbs, aromatic sauces, and colourful street-food favourites. Chef will lead you in creating your own enjoy Thai-style fresh rolls with rice vermicelli and shrimp while learning rolling techniques, vegetable cuts, and preparation skills that bring freshness and balance to the dish.

The evening continues with a savoury Indonesian-style main dish, Mee Goreng with pork and vegetables glazed in house-made kecap manis, as Chef Chris demonstrates how this rich, sweet soy-based sauce builds layers of authentic flavour. Finish with silky Filipino-style leche flan served with fresh fruit for a sweet and elegant ending.
