Join Chef Chris for a vibrant evening of Southeast Asian flavours and essential knife skills. Create fresh shrimp rolls with sweet chili sauce introducing fresh herbs, texture, and knife skills cutting styles and precision, followed by Indonesian-style chicken satay with peanut sauce and perfect frangrant coconut rice. You'll finish the evening by creating aromatic Tom Kha Gai — a fragrant coconut, chicken, and mushroom soup.
