Fresh shrimp rolls with sweet chili sauce introduce fresh herbs, texture, and precision, followed by Indonesian-style chicken satay with peanut sauce and coconut rice. Finish with aromatic Tom Kha Gai — a fragrant coconut, chicken, and mushroom soup.
