Canadian smoked Sockeye salmon – delicious, healthy & convenient. Simply smoked sockeye salmon. These pouches have travelled into space, delighting astronauts at the International Space Station four times (in 1996, 1998, 2009 and 2012). The salmon has been lightly salted and smoked with hardwood smoke, then heat processed in the gold pouch. The salmon keeps without refrigeration until it is opened.
