Sicilian Blood Orange Marmalade, 266ml

Favuzzi relies on freshly harvested citrus fruits to maintain optimal flavour and aroma. Both our marmalades are organic and contain 65% whole fruit. Only the following can be used when making marmalade: orange, bergamot, citron, lemon, mandarin and grapefruit. No processed ingredients, such as concentrates, juices, pulps or purees, are used in the production of our organic marmalades. 

Uses: Cheese, which is devoid of sugar and usually salty, rounds out and mellows the taste of marmalades. On the other hand, mandarin, lemon and orange marmalades are great pairing options to accompany fresh, soft or sweet cheeses. With ricotta or robiola, creamy cheeses and mascarpone, orange marmalade is definitely recommended.
