He’ll demonstrate how to prepare a classic leek and potato soup with warm buttermilk biscuits, followed by Chicken Chasseur—braised chicken with mushrooms, red wine, and tarragon—served over fresh buttered egg noodles and seasonal vegetables. For dessert, enjoy a bright lime and white chocolate crème brûlée, perfectly torched.  This is the perfect menu to recreate at home for a cozy Let's Eat in fireside dinner.
