Get ready for this fun evening roundup of flavours as Chef Chris will show you how to create the perfect Fresh Ground Chuck Smash Burger, expertly mixing and seasoning the meat before smashing it to crispy-edged perfection. He’ll teach you how to make silky Roasted Garlic Aioli and homemade ketchup from scratch, teaching you how to balance fat, acid, and seasoning like a pro so you can recreate these just in time for your own summer round-up!

Chef will also show you how to build a rich Loaded Baked Potato Soup with Bacon, Sour Cream & Aged Cheddar, plus a decadent Chocolate Pecan Bread Pudding finished with warm Bourbon Custard Sauce.
