Join us for an evening of sunny Silk Road inspired flavours. Chef Chris will show you how to prepare Onion Baji–Style Pakora from scratch, prepare cooling Minted Yogurt Raita, and build aromatic Jeera Rice infused with toasted cumin. Chef Chris will share his techniques to create tender Curried Lamb, fragrantly spiced and served with grilled naan and Jeera.

To finish, you'll enjoy a sweet fusion dessert of Tamarind-Lime Cheesecake Mousse, nestled in a crisp Brandy Snap Basket for a sweet-meets-spice finale.
