Produced in Northern Apulia from Peranzana olives, the extra-virgin olive oil is cold-pressed using traditional granite grindstones for perfect structure and balance. The result is the ultimate kitchen-to-table olive oil, with a robust, medium-fruity flavour and notes of artichoke and fennel that works equally well for cooking and finishing. After you've finished the oil, use the collectible ceramic container as a vase or serving vessel.
