Join Chef Chris for an elegant late-summer evening of globally inspired flavours as Chef Chris begins your culinary adventure demonstrating precision slicing and plating with fresh Atlantic salmon carpaccio — lightly seared, thinly sliced, and finished with aged balsamic, extra virgin olive oil, shallots, capers, and shaved pecorino, served with crusty bread.

The evening continues with cedar-planked BBQ chicken thighs glazed in a house-made kecap manis, served with soba noodles and snow peas. Chef will teach you how to build the glaze from scratch while exploring noodle handling and balance of flavour and texture in a composed main dish. The experience finishes with baked pear in phyllo pastry with spiced walnuts and honey — a warm, seasonal dessert highlighting simple technique and elegant presentation.
