Join Chef Chris for a delicious Sear and Savour evening inspired by the warmth of a classic European bistro. Tomato and gin bisque with crème fraîche and cheese biscuits opens the evening, followed by blackened Atlantic salmon with creamy saffron mushroom risotto. Two delicate panna cotta flavours — chocolate and strawberry — provide a sweet punctuation on a delectable evening.
