Join Chef Chris in the Supper Club studio as we bring the vibrant summer flavours of a Mexican cantina to life with an evening of fresh ingredients and bold favourites. Begin with a trio of Jalisco-style guacamole, fresh tomato salsa, and warm queso dip served with organic corn chips, as Chef Chris teaches you flavour building and prepares each dip live with the group.

Chef will then take you through the skills and details behind the legendary Carne Asada tacos featuring seasoned steak, onions, cilantro, and lime. Fresh-press your own masa harina tortillas, which you will enjoy alongside arroz rojo, guacamole, and sour cream. Guests will learn tortilla pressing techniques and the secrets to creating authentic, flavourful Mexican red rice. Finish with lime and tequila crème brûlée for a bright, creamy finale with a touch of indulgent flair.

Classes are held in our PORT STANLEY, ON location.
