Mexican Fusion Fiesta! Tues. Sept. 30th

Join Chef Chris for a lively, evening of bold flavours and creative twists in this Mexican fusion-inspired participation class. 

Kick things off with a Trio of Dips, made completely from scratch: Jalisco-style guacamole, fresh tomato salsa, and warm queso dip, served with organic stone-ground corn chips. You'll practice knife skills, balance flavour profiles, and master classic dip textures.

Roll up Chicken Burritos filled with shredded chicken, peppers, and spices, then bake them under a rich ranchero sauce. They're served with red rice and fresh pico de gallo—ideal for learning flavour layering and assembly techniques.

Finish on a sweet and citrusy note with a Margarita Cheesecake Mousse, whipped with lime, tequila, and cream cheese, served in a delicate brandy snap basket with candied lime.
