Join Chef Chris for a Mediterranean-inspired evening celebrating bright Greek flavours. He’ll begin with Avgolemono, an iconic elegant and silky chicken, lemon, and egg soup. Next, enjoy grilled lamb souvlaki with Greek potatoes, homemade tzatziki, warm flatbread, and Za’atar roasted cauliflower with lemon and sumac, inspired by our partnership with MasterChef Canada. The evening ends with individual baklava—nutty, buttery, and perfectly spiced. A flavourful and uplifting Grecian demonstration class.
