Chef will share several techniques as he prepares our feature Lemon, Thyme, and Rosemary Chicken with an olive-oil pan sauce recipe inspired by our partnership with MasterChef Canada and Chef's selected sides. Finish the night with a chocolate crème brûlée paired with a rum-spiked anglaise, elegantly presented.
