Luck of the Irish! Tues. Mar. 17th

Celebrate St. Patty's Day with Chef Chris for an evening of Irish-inspired classics. Chef will begin with Boxty, a crispy and creamy potato cake served with sour cream and green onions. Then enjoy individual shepherd’s pies made with ground lamb and beef, baked under a golden mashed-potato crust and served with classic colcannon. The night finishes with a rich Irish-style soda bread, buttery and loaded with walnuts and chocolate—a delicious twist on a traditional favourite.
