Celebrate the holidays with Chef Chris' fresh take on festive dining, inspired by the flavours of the sea. Begin with a luxurious tomato shrimp and crab bisque garnished with crème fraîche, and toasted pine nuts, followed by an elegant Atlantic salmon Wellington wrapped in golden puff pastry with herbed cheese and spinach servied with a dilled white wine butter sauce.  And finally a apple-cranberry strudel with cinnamon anglaise to complete this sophisticated celebration.
