Join Chef Chris for a morning of his festive favourites designed to inspire your holiday entertaining. Starting with classic quiche Lorraine with bacon and Gruyère, Chef will teach you the finer details before moving into sharing the techniques to create individual tourtière with homemade ketchup and new potatoes.  We will finish with cranberry and white chocolate scones glazed with fragrant ginger sugar, served alongside fresh fruit and honeyed yogurt. A delicious collection of recipes perfect for Christmas morning, holiday weekends, or anytime you want to make the morning special.
