Join Chef Chris for a Harvest Moon Date Night celebrating rich seasonal flavours and refined technique. The evening begins with Maryland-style crab cakes, learning how to build structure and tenderness as Chef Chris demonstrates mixing, binding, and pan techniques, finished with lemon and basil aioli for brightness and balance.

The main course features pork tenderloin medallions and whole roasted quail! Chef Chris shares essential roasting, seasoning, and timing techniques and creates a pine nut and cranberry stuffing and grainy mustard sauce. Creamy polenta is prepared from scratch alongside seasonal vegetables, showcasing texture and heat control. The evening concludes with individual apple walnut strudel baked to golden perfection and finished with cinnamon sauce.
