Join us for an evening inspired by the vibrant flavours and aromas of summer in Thailand. You’ll be hands-on creating fresh shrimp spring rolls with sweet chili dipping sauce while learning rolling techniques and the importance of texture and freshness in balanced Thai cuisine.

Sharing key knife skills, Chef Chris will lead the group in creating aromatic Tom Ka Gai coconut chicken soup, known for its deep, vibrant layers of flavour. The evening concludes with a flavour-packed Pad Thai with pork and shrimp, prepared live as Chef Chris demonstrates how to build authentic Thai flavour through layering aromatics and balancing sweet, savoury, citrus, and heat from scratch.
