Discover the simple techniques that make Italian cooking so irresistible. With Chef Ankita, you'll prepare savoury Pancetta Prawns, then learn how to make light, tender potato gnocchi completely from scratch and pair it with a bold Puttanesca sauce. Along the way, you'll learn the secrets to working with fresh pasta dough, choosing quality ingredients and building layers of flavour from simple components. It's an evening of hands-on cooking, classic Italian techniques and plenty of delicious food.
